TopoLogic's Memory Division Head Invited to Speak at TMRC 2026

On August 4, TopoLogic's Memory Division Head, Tatsuya Kishi, was invited to speak at TMRC 2026 (The Magnetic Recording Conference), held at the University of California San Diego (UC San Diego).
 
 
Under the theme "CMOS-compatible 512kb SOT-MRAM with topological material (TL-RAM)" Mr. Kishi presented TopoLogic's latest research and development of TL-RAM.
